I worked as the design lead on a small team to complete the redesign of a notifications center for a B2B2C product. We developed a fully responsive stand-alone widget while navigating tight scope restrictions and a short timeline, ensuring the final product met both user and business needs.

As a senior product designer, I created service blueprint and user journey templates in Figma, empowering team members to seamlessly integrate user-centered design methodologies into their projects. I aimed to reduce uncertainties, identify growth opportunities, increase stakeholder engagement, and elevate the overall maturity of our design approach.

This project showcases my contributions toward understanding how to better support users in our in-app community space. I used Social Work, Participatory Design, and UX methods to narrow down the fundamental elements of a “V1” set of processes my team could use for ongoing community engagement; ultimately affecting our service delivery.
