Using the NASW Code of Ethics, I wrote my mission and values to carry with me through my career so that I continue to honor my purpose as a Social Worker and UX Researcher.

• I will think critically about the complexity of individuals, families, groups, communities, and entire systems before proposing design solutions.

• I will consider others within their environments with empathy and positive regard. 

• I will work to increase equal access to opportunities and information, especially for vulnerable populations. 

• I will value collaboration with my peers and learn from their knowledge and experience

• I will delight in designing “with” instead of “for” by honoring the dignity and worth of others and acknowledging their potential to develop solutions that will serve the complex problems we analyze together.
